5 Ingredient Oat Pancakes
(serves 1)
1/four cup oat flour (constituted of Bob’s Red Mill gluten free rolled oats).
1 medium ripe banana
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract’

1/2 cup recent raspberries

Honey
DIY Healthy Cereal
(Serves 6-Eight)
2 cups puffed quinoa
2 cups puffed kamut
1 cup Bob’s Red Mill toasted muesli
Toppings:
Unsweetened coconut milk (kind carton)
Fresh chopped strawberries
Optional: honey
