Garlic Potatoes Recipe | Quick & Healthy Weeknight Dinner Recipe | How to make Garlic Potatoes



Ingredients:

three medium boiled potatoes (reduce into small items)
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
half teaspoon mustard seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (OPTIONAL)
half teaspoon chili flakes OR cayenne pepper OR Indian purple chili powder (OPTIONAL)
6 cloves of garlic (roughly chopped)
half cup tomato puree
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon paprika
salt to style
1/four teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon water
