Ingredients (Serves 1-2 people)
150 gms Green Beans
1 small onion
half of tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp Oil for cooking (i used Avacado Oil)
half of tsp Mustard seeds
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
2 tbsp Vinegar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Red chilli pwd
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp garam masala
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. Let the seeds splutter.
2. Add onions, salt, turmeric, pink chilli pwd and ginger garlic paste.
three. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add beans. Mix successfully
4. Add Vinegar and 1 tbsp water. Cover and put together dinner for three-four minutes.
5. Add Sesame seeds and garam masala.
Serve scorching. Best served as a facet dish with curry of your different or Wrap them up in parantha.
