Recipe
– 1 Cup of Black Rice (Or brown)
– 1 Cup of Quinoa

Instructions
1. Rinse your black rice, if not already pre-rinsed. Add rice to a pot with four Cups of water, salt, and non-compulsory mushroom seasoning. Bring to a boil.
2. Once it reaches a boil, add Quinoa, and scale back warmth to a simmer on low. As it evaporates give it a stir each couple of minutes. When water is sort of evaporated, add beans, and spices and blend. When water is totally evaporated it is achieved. This will make at the very least 6 servings of floor beef.
