Chicken Meatballs – Healthy, Easy, Paleo



Here is my go-to wholesome, paleo, rooster meatball recipe:

In a big bowl mix:
1 pound additional lean floor rooster (can use turkey or beef too)
1 egg
half of cup almond meal
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt + pepper

Roll into balls and cook dinner in a forged iron skillet for five minutes on both sides.

Place skillet in oven for 15 minutes and let the meatballs bake.

Eat and luxuriate in!
