Healthy Recipes | Seasoned Ground Turkey



WHAT I USED:
-GRAPESEED OIL (to prepare dinner with)
-MINCED GARLIC
-ORGANIC GROUND TURKEY
-ORGANIC GREENS: Baby Kale, Baby Spinach, Asian Greens
-ORGANIC BROCCOLI
-TERIYAKI SAUCE (do not use an excessive amount of, simply sufficient for a base)
-LIQUID AMINOS
-WHITE CHIA SEED
-SEASONINGS (Garlic Black Pepper, Steakhouse Blend, Mrs. Dash Original)

*TIP- Dilute your Chia Seed Teriyaki Sauce with a cup of WATER to get extra sauce and take away a number of the saltiness! Also, add any meat of your selection as a substitute of floor turkey, or proper in with it! I selected chicken hen!
