Lentil Veggie Nuggets | Healthy Nuggets for Kids



Delicious wholesome veggie nuggets filled with crimson lentils. These chunk sized nuggets make good finger meals for children and toddlers!

Ingredients:
150g (1 cup) dried crimson lentils
2 slices wholemeal bread
1 medium carrot, grated
1 small courgette, grated
75g (1 cup) grated cheddar cheese
50g (half cup) frozen peas and corn
1 tsp dried blended herbs
