The BEST Healthy Ground CHICKEN BURGER Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 half of kilos floor hen
half of cup panko crumbs
half of cup milk
In a bowl combine the panko crumbs and milk and set
to the aspect for 15 minutes till the crumbs take in
many of the milk
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried chives
half of tsp garlic powder
half of tsp onion powder
half of tsp black pepper
pinch of salt to style
In a big bowl add the hen, moist panko crumbs
and all of the seasonings. Mix and incorporate effectively.
Form burger patties. I obtained 6 good dimension hen burgers
from this recipe.
Place underneath broiler and broil either side for Three-5 minutes.
It will depend on the thickness and dimension of your patties.
Make positive they’re cooked completely.
Serve on the bread or bun of your alternative.
Serve with the fixins or condiments of your alternative.
