Here is my go-to healthful, paleo, rooster meatball recipe:
In an enormous bowl combine:
1 pound further lean flooring rooster (can use turkey or beef too)
1 egg
half of cup almond meal
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt + pepper
Roll into balls and cook dinner dinner in a cast-iron skillet for 5 minutes on each side.
Place skillet in oven for 15 minutes and let the meatballs bake.
Eat and luxuriate in!
