Green Beans ki Sabzi Recipe –
Ingredients –
For blanching-
200 gram Green Beans (Chopped)
2 medium carrot
1 cup water
1 tsp oil
1 tsp cooking soda
For the Sabzi –
2 tblsps oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (Jeera)
1/four tsp asafoetida (hing)
1 tsp heaped inexperienced chilly paste
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tblsps contemporary grated coconut (combine 2 tblsps milk in it and preserve apart for 15 minutes)
2-three tblsps coriander leaves
1 pinch Turmeric powder (Haldi powder)
1 tsp Dhaniya powder (coriander seeds powder)
1/four tsp cumin seeds powder (Jeera powder)
1 tsp salt (or as per style)
1/four tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Fresh coconut (for garnishing)
