SNACK #1 Berry Chocolate Toast:
1/four cup almond butter
2 tsp cocoa powder
four tsp agave syrup, date syrup, maple syrup
2 tbsp almond milk
SNACK #2 Crispy Veggie Wraps
1 – 2 tortillas
vegan cream cheese
a handful of spinach
tomato, thinly sliced
a small handful of chickpeas
1 – 2 tbsp marinara sauce (or pizza, pasta sauce)
SNACK #three Banana Chocolate Pudding
1-2 Bananas, ideally ripe
1-2 tsp cocoa powder
just a little little bit of sweetener if crucial
some granola for the highest
SNACK #four Raw Falafel Mix
a can of chickpeas
half of purple onion
1 clove garlic
juice of 1 lemon
a handful of contemporary parsley
seasonings: sea salt, cumin, smoked paprika
crackers
uncooked veggies
