Healthy Chicken Nuggets Recipe | Katie Pix



Big night time out? Here’s one much less factor you will remorse – HEALTHY CHICKEN NUGGETS! Quick and easy to arrange, so there are not any excuses!

MAKES 30 | three MINUTES PREP | 25 MINUTES COOKING

500g rooster breasts
25g grated Parmesan cheese
2 egg
1 tsp paprika (elective)
1 tsp garlic powder (elective)
beneficiant pinch of salt & black pepper
100g plain flour
150g cup breadcrumbs (panko)

Dice your rooster into mouth-sized chunks. Whisk up your eggs into one bowl, pop your flour right into a second, and in your closing bowl pop your breadcrumbs, garlic granules, paprika, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.

Now comply with this easy course of with every rooster chunk: dip your rooster into the flour; SHAKE IT OFF; then the egg; SHAKE IT OFF; then roll into your breadcrumb combine. Get every nugget good and coated place onto a flippantly oiled baking tray. Drizzle a contact extra oil excessive for added crunch and into the oven they go for 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Turn them over half approach so they’re beautiful and golden on either side. Enjoy!
